Our “Frequency+ Radio Media Capacity building Program” empowers radio professionals in Pakistan and the U.S. with the latest industry trends, advanced technical skills, and AI-driven tools for programming, scripting, and editing. In partnership with the Global Neighbourhood for Media Innovation (GNMI), this global initiative supports cross-border knowledge exchange and collaborative content production between US and Pakistan by bringing together radio professionals, producers, and station managers to drive excellence and innovation in the industry.

The Frequency+ Radio Media Capacity Building Program is designed to enhance the quality and impact of radio broadcasting through collaborative programming with U.S.-based radio stations. This initiative equips radio professionals with cutting-edge skills in AI-driven tools, podcasting, digital broadcasting, and audience engagement strategies and strengthening their technical capabilities in the digital era. Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of emerging trends, enabling them to adapt to evolving technologies and audience preferences.
