About Us
PULSE: Promoting Unity and Leadership for Social Empowerment is a Texas-based nonprofit founded in June 2024. We serve immigrant and linguistically underserved communities by combining media, education, and community development. Through bilingual engagement, advocacy, disaster readiness and recovery, and human assistance; including access to basic needs and economic opportunities, we strengthen resilience and create lasting impact.
We believe stories can transform communities. Through media, advocacy, education, and cultural exchange, we amplify voices, nurture leadership, and expand opportunities. Our programs support workforce training, entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, and community economic development, helping families and low-income communities thrive while building a more connected and inclusive future.
